Plymouth Landscape Makeover

Project Overview

Our clients came to us looking for a complete outdoor overhaul—something clean, functional, and refined that would complement their home and lifestyle. The result? A custom-designed space that blends privacy, elegance, and comfort from every angle.

Fencing for Privacy and Style

To start, we installed a 6-foot black vinyl privacy fence from Illusions Vinyl Fence, creating a strong visual perimeter and adding both privacy and modern curb appeal. We also installed two custom vinyl gates, allowing easy access while maintaining a cohesive, high-end look around the property.

Hardscaping and Outdoor Living Features

The heart of this project was over 1,675 square feet of premium hardscaping, centered around the pool and outdoor living areas. Using Techo-Bloc Blu 60 pavers, we built:

• • Two side-yard paver walkways leading from the front of the home to the backyard
  • A front walkway for a refreshed entrance
  • A large custom patio for gathering, dining, and lounging
  • A paver border around the entire pool, enhancing both function and finish
  • A new outdoor kitchen structure, built with a roof and shingles to match the home for a cohesive architectural aesthetic

The layout was designed to guide movement, define zones, and maximize usable space—all while delivering a crisp, timeless finish with Blu 60's textured surface and modern color palette.

Low-Voltage Landscape Lighting

To bring the project to life at night, we implemented a professionally designed low-voltage lighting system powered by a dusk-to-dawn transformer. The system included:

• • 13 Up-lights to accent architectural features and trees
  • 6 Under-mount lights to highlight vertical elements and seating walls
  • 12 Path lights for safe, stylish illumination along walkways

The result is a landscape that shines as beautifully after sunset as it does in the daytime.

New Lawn Installation

Finally, we finished the project with fresh Kentucky Bluegrass sod, installed over properly graded, amended soil. We used a rich blend of topsoil and compost to ensure long-term lawn health and vibrant growth, giving the yard a lush, polished finish.
